Following a close working relationship during the last three years, Starring Records have now signed Derbyshire based, blues and progressive rock outfit, Cold Flame, for a brand new 2 album deal.
This deal will include the remastering and rereleasing of some of the band's back-catalogue, some of which stretches back nearly 30 years.
Speaking at the launch, band founder and frontman, Pat Rowbottom, said: "We are very pleased to be working even closer with Neil and his team at Starring Records and we are very excited to be signed up. Our association with Starring Studio, now based in West Yorkshire, over the past few years, has brought us a couple of great studio albums including our latest release, 'Waiting For God' in 2019. Now as part of the Starring Records stable, the band look forward to creating something really special musically. At the same time the move will allow fans, both new and old, to experience many of our previous album material once again brought a tad more up to date through the remastering process".
Starring Records CEO, Neil Scales, said: "I have worked with Pat and the rest of the band since 2014, and we have produced some great tracks. I look forward to this continuing over the course of the next few years".
In 2017, Starring Records, remastered and released Cold Flame's 1999 album 'Stormcloud', as a download only album, to rave reviews across the globe, including plays in Germany, Canada and Chile.
